On the road out of Puerto Vallarta we came across a New Zealander and a German who were making a similar trip as us. We rode together from Puerto Vallarta to Zihuatanejo, 500 kilometers of a single lane road twisting and turning thru the mountains overhanging the ocean. The gas stations in this stretch of quiet highway were at least 100 miles apart. We were impressed with their bikes, and the amount of luggage they have! Mo and I together have less stuff than either one of them! Their ride is much more comfortable than ours though! Mo drives better...
